Holy cow! Level two is a big increase from level one as far as difficulty goes. I never felt like I mastered level 1, so possibly that is my problem. I just felt like I was doing decent and I was super bored of the same routine. I didn’t feel nearly as sick as I did when I did level one day one, so I guess thats a good sign. Anyone else on level 2 yet?

So I actually went ahead and did day 2 today. I thought I might be too sore, and I definitely was to some degree…but it really wasn’t that bad. Now after workout two, I really am sore. My arms and ass feel it the most. I guess the pain means progress, but fuck is it uncomfortable….haha. Let’s all hope I dont wake up immobile tomorrow morning.
As you can see, weightlifting makes me all masculine and bulky! :P /sarcasm

Daaaaaammmn! I am so out of shape. I just finished my first day and my body is feeling the burn. My arms are sore and I’m a little nauseous. Oh well. Hopefully I wont wake up in too much pain tomorrow. I might wait a day for day 2 but I’ll try to just push through it. Results! I want results!!
